Is there a parking fee? No. Directions: Highway 96 turns into Main Street in town, Highway 69 intersects with Main Street right as you enter town. The west end of Main Street is the location of the flea market, the street is also lined with specialty shops and restaurants in addition to the flea market. Description: 4th of July in Westcliffe is spectacular! This flea market is great for western arts & crafts and everything else!
